An Accessibility Feature Suggestion

Hello,

I'm a screenreader user. I was looking on your website but was unable to
create a ticket instead to send a mail here.

If you make an SVN update and look at the change logs, in the column
"Action" there are small icons. My screenreader isn't able to read or
translate it into text. Instead it shows like 16 "X" in each line. Would
be possible to insert an alternative text for each icons?
