Branch creation dialog set specific revision automaticaly

Hello,
when I am creating a new branch or tag with the copy dialog, from my working copy, the "specific revision in repository" radio button will be automatically selected (after a 5 seconds delay).
The actual revision of the working copy will also be enterred.
I would like to disable this beavior and let the "HEAD revision in the repository" selected, is there any option for that?
