RE: Context menu pops up then closes

I'm afraid this has started happening again. I reinstalled from the most recent build (26996), but it is still happening. It looks like it was the act of reinstalling a couple of weeks ago that fixed the problem, rather than any particular change in that version. I've tried repairing and reinstalling and rebooting, but it is stuck with the problem.
