[BUG] After svn update I get folder instead of a file.

Hello,

I have following svn structure at my server:

dev
---> tests
---------> test_name01
---------> test_name02
...
prod
---> tests
---------> branch_1
------------------> test_name01
...

1) I created branch from test_name02 which should be located at
/prod/tetsts/branch_1/ - and it went fine.
2) I make some changes in test_name02 in branch /dev/tests/
3) When I tried to commit changes I get an info, that there is no
difference between repo version and mine
4) Finally I removed all content of folder /dev/tests and I made svn update
-> I sholud get files test_name01 and test_name02 from repo. Instead of
that I get folders with names test_name01 and test_name02.

I've checked what I get if I run svn update at linux machine checked out to
the same server and I get correct behavior - after removing files from
working dir and make svn update I get those files back.

I've also tried to work on the latest nightly build (TortoiseSVN 1.9.99,
Build 26991 - 64 Bit -dev, 2015/11/16 19:23:23) - and I get the same
situation.
