Bugreport: TortoisSVN 1.9.2 could not open repository (hex checksum error)

I work for many years happily with TortoiseSVN.
At home I use filesystem repositories.

System: Windows 7 32 bit.

After upgrading to TortoiseSVN-1.9.2.26806-win32-svn-1.9.2 (probably
TortoiseSVN-1.9.0.26652-win32-svn-1.9.0 too),
I could not access one of my repositories. The error was "checksum hex
error".
I could not checkin from existing working copies.
I could not use 'browse repository'.
For other respository the 1.9.x version worked.
The failure happend to older backup versions of my 'problem' repository too.
I tried to access my backup versions at work with TortoiseSVN 1.9.2
64bit an got the same "hex checksum error".

After downgrading to TortoiseSVN-1.8.12.26645-win32-svn-1.8.14 I can
access my 'problem' repository again.
With Tortoise 1.8.x it works.

From my point of view this is a serious failure.
I could provide a zip of my problem repository to a bugfixer.

Regards,
Bernd Krueger
