I discovered the same behavior with TSVN release 1.9.2. Opening the trunk for instance is consuming 100% CPU with 4 cores! The Apache receives no request during that operation. The server with HTTPS and Kerberos auth. is running 1.8.10.

It looks like that the recursive analysis of the directory structure has some problems.

We worked around by disabling the Pre-fetch folders for faster browsing option in General/Dialogs 3.
