We frequently use remote desktop (or docked vs undocked) and have a series
of tools we fight with that end up being off-screen (TSVN hasn't been a
huge issue). Is it an option to store off the display configuration and
when TSVN notices it has changed, perform a reset of the dialog
configuration?
