TortoiseSVN relocate doesn't show correct current url

Due to colleague concerns I had delayed upgrade from 1.7 until now. I'm now at 1.9.2.

Previously, I could click in any svn folder or subfolder and the relocate command would show me the full svn url for that folder. This was useful if a colleague asked what the url might be for a particular folder (I never actually performed a relocate). Now the command doesn't even appear in a subfolder and in the root folder the value shown is stripped of folder and subfolder info and simply shows the base url of our repository.

Ie. a local root folder which was checked out from svn://our.vpn.com/tools/tool is simply shown as svn://our.vpn.com

I now need to execute the repo browser to learn the same info.

Is there an easier way to do this?
