I have - but nuget itself (being a cross platform .NET package manager)
is being run outside of Visual Studio by the NuGet Visual Studio
extension (comes pre-installed with VS 2015), so AnkhSVN doesn't pick up
those changes...

The folders were moved by the old one being deleted and a new one being
created and some files being extracted into it, hence the old folder
being shown as "missing" and the new one as "non-versioned"...

Old path: C:\Lokale Dateien\eCS\VMS\packages\EntityFramework.6.1.1
New path: C:\Lokale Dateien\eCS\VMS\packages\EntityFramework.6.1.3

I'll try to recreate such a situation outside of Visual Studio tomorrow...
