Bug report: Project Monitor tray icon mouseover

This is an easy one. :)

If you mouseover the Project Monitor tray icon when there are no pending alerts, the hover box says "TortoiseSVN Commit Monitor". It should say "TortoiseSVN Project Monitor".

If there is a pending alert, then hover box shows the correct name.
