I could test with different versions of TortoiseSvn

1.8.11 < 1s
1.9.1 (LogFindCopyFrom=false) 14s
1.9.2 (LogFindCopyFrom=false) 13s
1.9.2 (LogFindCopyFrom=true) 18s

In all cases, if I remove the line in svn:mergeinfo, this is immediate
