RE: Bug report: Project Monitor does not notify about new commits

I can confirm that Project Monitor is properly generating notifications on my 2nd machine, so the problem is machine-specific. I don't know what's different between the "problem" machine and the "good" one.
After a little digging I found that the Project Monitor settings seem to be stored in %appdata%\TortoiseSVN\MonitoringData.ini. My next step will be to delete and recreate that file on the problem machine and see if that makes a difference. I will post another update after doing that.
