Re-2: Blame window display problem

Hmm. The mail bouncing back to me from the list correctly shows my attached image!? I reattached it to this one.

Anyway, the main problem is that the checkboxes right above the buttons are just black bars. No text to see!
And the whole dialog is a bit to large for the content (gray inner panel). And the buttons don't fit completely into the gray inner panel.
