email address dev@tortoisesvn.tigris.org rejecting bug reports even though I registered this morning

Users: Sorry to bug you but ... I signed up as a "user" (not a developer). On your web site it says that this is a necessary step for submitting a bug report.

I then sent my bug report email twice to " dev_at_tortoisesvn.tigris.org". I got this response each time:

We are sorry, but we did not recognize your email address (Dave Ziffer <dziffer_at_egroupnet.com>) as that of a registered user. We are returning this email because this discussion is only for registered users. For any questions, contact the discussion moderator.

Any ideas? Thanks -Dave Ziffer
