Redirecting svnversion broke in 1.9.1

I'm used to svnversion giving output like this:

19651:19652M

After upgrading to TortoiseSVN 1.9.1, svnversion gives the same output if I
run it interactively, but if I redirect it to a file or another process, I
instead get output like this:

M
19651:19652

The nightly builds have the same problem. TortoiseSVN 1.9.0 was fine.
