migration from google code to github

Dearuser support,

any idea how to do a commit after migrating my code from google code to github? I can
do a checkout but when I commit I get this error:

I have no idea whether this is a username/password issue or whether Github has some
othger problenms. Where Do I enter username & password in TortoiseSVN? I have been
using this for years now (for all my THunderbird / Firefox addons) without problems on
google code...
