TortoiseSVN 1.9 seems to have re-broken Issue #619

When attempting to show revision history during a merge, the "Show Log" dialog takes a lengthy amount of time to load. The length of time required to load seems to be linear to the number of revisions. A branch with a large number of revisions takes minutes to load, whereas a different branch with a smaller number of revisions only takes a second or two.

This bug was addressed in TortoiseSVN 1.8.6 and seems to have reappeared.
