Bugreport TSVN 1.9.0 - Winmerge opens instead of TortoiseBlame

Hi,

Steps to reproduce:
1. Update a WC (which updates at least one file).
2. In the "Update Finished!" dialog click on "Show log..."
3. In the "Log Messages" dialog right click a file and select: "Blame
Changes"

Actual result:
TortoiseSVN opens up the set-up diff-tool (Winmerge in my case) which
shows a list of the differences of the revisions.

Expected result:
Tortoise Blame opens up.

Note that starting blame directly from the explorer's file context menu
via TortoiseSVN -> Blame... works fine.
