I've got similar exception. The line number is different but revision is different as well so I can't be sure...

Steps I made:
* Open trunk history (my private remote repository)
* Search for specific commit by typing bug tracker id in filtration bar at the top
* Fetch more commits with "Next 100" button until I saw the commit
* Open some of the commited files with double click
* Close all opened viewers and tried to re-open first of the commited files
* Exception window appeared.

Exception window content:
Subversion Exception!
Subversion encountered a serious problem.
Please take the time to report this on the Subversion mailing list
with as much information as possible about what
you were trying to do.
But please first search the mailing list archives for the error message
to avoid reporting the same problem repeatedly.
You can find the mailing list archives at

Subversion reported the following
(you can copy the content of this dialog
to the clipboard using Ctrl-C):

In file
 line 8760: assertion failed (svn_dirent_is_absolute(local_abspath))

IMPORTANT: As I know now datacenter that hosts the repo had a networking problem that day + there was similar report in apache's mailing list which also mentioned networking problem so I guess that's the key factor.
This was also indicated by the fact that I only saw that exception once even though I diff-ed this commit files later.
