Request for information

Hi,

I am Atul Chaudhary working with Eaton Inc. and we are using SVN for our projects repository. Some of our projects repository is using StarTeam, so we would like to migrate that to SVN.
Please could you, comments on below:

1. Can I directly migrate my repository from StarTeam to SVN? If yes can I port same history in SVN and How to port?

2. I would like to create link for files. i.e. if I have committed files in one of the folder, linked files should be reflected in specified folder as well.
