Problem installing latest version

Hi,

I encountered a problem when I was trying to install this version: TortoiseSVN-1.8.11.26392-x64-svn-1.8.13.msi on my Windows 7 64 bit machine.

Although I have full administrator rights on my laptop and started the msi as administrator it failed to get access to "c:\Program files\TortoiseSvn\bin".
It reported back saying it did not have sufficient access rights => access denied.

I then tried to install it to another directory and it worked perfectly. After a simple reboot all of the TortoiseSVN icons and functionality was up and running 100%.

There are a few other applications which are troublesome to install in "Program files" so I have another dedicated directory for those so I am not worried, especially because it all works.

Still: I thought it might be worth knowing so hence the report.
