If the files were on your system drive, and you rebooted or installed something or ran Windows Backup at some point before the delete, then you might get lucky and have a backup ("Restore previous version") from Windows' built in shadow copies.

Otherwise you'll probably have to find some other recovery tool. Just remember to use a different PC to download it and put it onto a USB stick or something instead of installing it on the original PC -- the more time that passes and the more you use your PC, the less likely it is that you'll be able to recover the deleted files.
