TortoiseMerge Bug - Issue with Close button

To reproduce:
Open tortoise merge on any two files
Maximize TortoiseMerge
Move the mouse cursor to the top-right most portion of the screen
(If the mouse cursor "crossed" over the exit button on its way to the top right, the button will be shaded as if it is in focus for the next click)
Click the mouse button

Expected Behavior:
TortoiseMerge closes

Actual Behavior:
The click applies to whatever program is behind TortoiseMerge, and there is no effect to TortoiseMerge.

This is especially annoying since the button will sometimes be "shaded" as if it is the active button.
