editing in repo browser file lost

The SVN Repo-browser can be used to edit single files directly on the repository, that means without performing a checkout.
After clicking EDIT on the file in the repo browser, this file is checkout temporary under C:\Users\#username#\AppData\Local\Temp\#Reponame#.svn001.tmp
After the changes are saved and the file is closed, the commit window appears.

If I close the commit window, without committing the changes the temporary check out file is still in the temp folder. But if I close the repo browser this file is deleted immediately.

How can this temporary option can be changed that temporary check out files are not deleted?
