Sorry to my mistake, I would say :

When I use Tortoise (Commit or other) I have a red message that inform of a new version.
"A new version of TortoiseSVN is available. Please go to http://tortoisesvn.net/"

And read : "We're proud to announce that TortoiseSVN 1.8.11 has been released. It is linked against Subversion 1.8.13."

It's for use new version 1.8.13 of SVN ?

But when I try install the downloaded msi 64Bits, I have a issue.

My previous installed MSI is:
"TortoiseSVN-1.8.11.26392-x64-svn-1.8.11.msi"

If I follow the download link proposed to TortoiseSVN 1.8.11, I dowlonad "TortoiseSVN-1.8.11.26392-x64-svn-1.8.13.msi"

So... 1.8.13 exist ?!

I'm not sure but I read the name of the downloaded file correctly ;)
