Feature request: scrolling in commit failure in Repo-browser

Hello!

I use a precommit hook skript (by David Weintraub) which sends a very long and detailed error message when a commit is blocked.

When I did a commit (svn copy in my case) in the repo-browser, and this action failed with an error message this long,
i found no way of scrolling through the text.

Would it be possible to make this box at most as high as the screen and make it scrollable if needed?
