I still do not know what to do exactly :( so if someone did it allready it would be helful to share his/her experience. I tried to add new keywords and it changed all files undes SVN (also not py files, editable files, pdfs....), so I did revert to return to old state. So I should define this only for .py files somehow. Also I did not see revision number in .py files, although selected in keywords dialog.
