modified file overlay icon - 1.8.10.26129

Hi Guys,

Been troubleshooting a missing overlay icon.

I have done the following with no luck:

 * changed my cache handler to shell
 * did an tortoisesvn clean on the folder
 * pressed f5
 * turned off overlays on other apps, carbonite, but not tgit
 
According to the faq, the modified overlay icon would get precedence over others if the ~15 usable overlay slots are consumed. Not seeing that behavior on my install. Worked fine in the past, but I do not see what is effecting it currently.

Thoughts?
