Of course, that's where you access Tortoise.

Right-click on the file in windows Explorer, as you always do to access Tortoise.
Hover on TortoiseSvn, the sub-menu appears.
The first entry is Diff.

Docx is a binary format so Unix-style text-based diff utilities are unlikely to show anything useful.
A docx file is actually a set of XML files, zipped. It can be interesting to unzip it and see what's there, though that isn't relevant here.
The older .doc format is also a binary format but does contain the file's text content in a form that some diff utilities can read.

Excuse me, but I don't see such options!. i am using word 2013 and TortoiseSVN 1.8.8

Where do you mean to right click? in windows explorer? in the show log window? in the repo browser?

In none of the windows I don' see a "diff".
But in the show log window, when I right click on a revision there is a "
show differences as unified diff"
