Of course, that's where you access Tortoise.
Right-click on the file in windows Explorer, as you always do to access Tortoise.
Docx is a binary format so Unix-style text-based diff utilities are unlikely to show anything useful.

Excuse me, but I don't see such options!. i am using word 2013 and TortoiseSVN 1.8.8
Where do you mean to right click? in windows explorer? in the show log window? in the repo browser?
In none of the windows I don' see a "diff".
