Re: Any known issues with cached log entries?

Fetching the logs can be a lengthy operation. TSVN caches them so it can
operate quickly.

Sounds like you might have a problem with your log cache. I don't have
access to Windows right now but if you go into the context menu under
"settings", there is an option to delete the log cache. If the problem is
with the cache, this will fix it.
