Bug: D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.8.10\ext\subversion\subversion\libsvn_wc\update_editor.c line 1550: assertion failed (action == svn_wc_conflict_action_delete)

I looked but didn't find this anywhere.
When updating from Github I get the following in the log window.
This may not have been tested because it only seems to reproduce with
Github's SVN emulation front-end.

In file
  'D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.8.10\ext\subversion\subversion\libsvn_wc\update_editor.c'
  line 1550: assertion failed (action == svn_wc_conflict_action_delete)

I hope I am not asking an asked-and-answered question...
