Can I load a cvs2svn dump file into SVN repo via TortoiseSVN?

I am migrating a CVS project on a unix server to our company's centrally controlled apache subversion server. It is critical that I preserve all version history.

I have successfully tested creating the cvs2svn dump file and loading it to a local SVN repo using "svnadmin load". The administrator has created a repository for me and says he's granted me full access to it. I'm not sure how, if at all, I can load the dumpfile remotely even through the TortoiseSVN interface. Do I need him to actually run svnadmin load himself at a command line?

TIA,
John
