Revision graph shows anything that existed before revision 9215 as deleted

Our repository is currently at revision 10075. Almost everything I pull up a revision graph for shows that the project was deleted at revision 9215, despite the fact that I can check files out, modify them, and check them back in.
Is there a way that I can get the revision graphs working again? It is making it very difficult to review recent changes.
