Hi Folks,

I can confirm the behaviour. It also depends on the working copy. It
doesn't matter if the working copy contains changes.

With the TortoiseSVN repository (no local modifications) the memory
consumption didn't rise. It stayed around 70MB all the time

With one of our projects, the memory consumption rose by ~100 MB per
refresh, no matter if the working copy contained changes or not. See
attached screenshot. The xperf trace (22MB) is here:
