TortoiseSVN->Settings->Revision Graph
In the Tags box modify the name used for tags, or add your own path
component (separated by semicolon) which identifies paths that require a
warning before commit. It doesn't have to be a full path specifier, just a
component that uniquely identifies your 'safe' area.
