TortoiseSVN 1.8.10 issue with window focus changing

Previously I was running 1.8.8 and everything was working like a charm.

Upgraded to 1.8.10 and noticed that diffing files from the log/commit/revert/etc window would cause the log/commit/revert/etc window to shuffle back one in the recent windows stack.

For example,
1. Open windows file explorer
2. Right-click 'Show log' for a folder
3. Show diff of a file by double clicking on it in log window
4. Close the diff window

Expected: Log window to be the currently focused window.
Actual: Windows file explorer is currently focused with log viewer hidden behind it.
I re-installed 1.8.8 and it was fine again. I then installed 1.8.10 again to ensure it wasn't a bad install and the problem presented itself again.
Looking at the change log for 1.8.9 and 1.8.10 doesn't appear to show anything that would cause this?
