Delete option

Hi all,

I am trying to remove a file from my Working Copy but (as seen in the attached image) the Delete option does not appear.

I understand I should not simply delete stuff Windows-Browser style, so I would like to remove the file properly...

What am I doing wrong that the Delete option does not appear in my svn menu when I right-click on a file?
