Latex document build error using SVN

Hello,
I am new to tortoisesvn, so maybe this is a very basic question.

I have created a repository for a latex document which contains .tex and some .eps files for figures. When I want to build, the eps files should be converted to pdf. However, this is the error that I get

LaTeX Warning: File `figs/proc.eps' not found on input line 99.
! Package pdftex.def Error: File `figs/proc-eps-converted-to.pdf' not found.
See the pdftex.def package documentation for explanation.
Type  H <return>  for immediate help.
 ...                                                                                             
l.99 ...s[width=\columnwidth]{figs/processors.eps}

In fact the figs/proc.eps exists and I don't receive any error when I don't use svn.
