Renaming folders issue in TortoiseSVN 1.8.9

Hi,

I have an issue with renaming folders in SVN. When I go to rename a folder the box appears and I am able to enter the text but the rest of the pc is frozen and I need to then enter Control Alt and Del to select task manager which then frees the PC to allow me to save changes. Am I in the right place to report this?
