Sparse Checkout Update to Revision selection issue

Hi Tech Support,
I have encountered a small bug in the Sparse Checkout of a repository. The initial checkout seams to work fine however when I wish to update the folders selected for checkout using "Update to Revision" and selecting "Choose items..." existing folders where one or two sub-folders are selected are completely checked out unless the tree is expanded.
For Example. This is a screenshot from "Update to Revision" and selecting "Choose items..."

There are some sub-folders that are not selected, such as "Command Prompt" and "HashTable". While the tree for the folders "_Scripting" and "Library" are expanded, as they are now, there is no problem with the checkout. As soon as I collapse a tree the whole folder is checked out.
