The .subwcrevignore file can ignore folders as well as files. And
ignored items are completely ignored, even for the -n check.

To ignore a folder and everything below:
trunk/subfolder/ignoredfolder
trunk/subfolder/ignoredfolder/*.*

Please be aware that this feature is not available in the 1.8.x releases
but only in nightly builds from trunk.
