Repo browser does not save splitter distance correctly

Hello,

I assume that when you shut down the repo browser, it saves various
parts of its state (like window size) somewhere, which it can then read
the next time you start it. But I think there might be a bug in the code
which deals with the "splitter distance" (i.e how much of the screen the
left pane should take up).

The attached images shows what happens when I open the repo browser
twice in succession. Both times the repo browser was maximized. I opened
it by right-clicking on a folder in Explorer and selecting "Repo
browser". The only thing I did after having opened it was take the
screenshot (in particular I did *not* move the splitter myself). Yet as
you can see, the splitter has moved slightly to the right in the "after"
picture. (In the before picture, the root element on the left ends in
"/re", but in the after picture "/rep" is clearly visible.)

This particular case is maybe not so annoying, but I think that the
larger the repo the larger the difference. At work we have a large repo
and I find that I must adjust the splitter every time I open the browser.
