[bug report][tortoisesvn 1.8.8] svnsync crashes when target repo cannot be found

Hello,

I found a bug in svnsync. It crashes when the target repo cannot be found, such as:

svnsync sync file:///D:\non\existent\folder

svnsync sync file:///D:\folder\without\a\repo

I think it should show an error message and exit (like the version on Linux)
