User account keeps locking

Hi,

I have an issue with SVN locking my user account.

When I log into a repository I enter my credentials and authenticate. I do
not check the Remember Authentication check box.

I close out of the repository, but then when I go to log back in I receive
an error message of "User Account is locked"

What would be causing this and how do I fix it?
