RE: Unable to commit when i select multiple project folder

I am seeing the same issue. I have two separate working copies from the same repository, when I try to commit to both at once tortoise hangs. Looking in process explorer it is opening endless copies of the working copy database from the second working copy. Left undisturbed it runs until windows runs out of memory, handles or both!
I haven't seen this issue with previous versions of tortoise but this isn't a feature I use regularly so I can't say for certain it was introduced in 1.8.8.
I am using 64-bit tortoise on windows 7.
