Double click on property change from changed file window doesn't work anymore

In the latest TortoiseSVN (1.8.8, Build 25755 - 64 Bit) double click on
a property change from changed file window doesn't open the diff. This
worked in previous versions.

What I did:
- Show log from my working copy (branch_A)
- Select a merge from the log
- Double click on the root of the branch (/branches/A)
- The 'Changed files' window comes, and shows all the differences.
- There is a folder with no name. In the action column states: 'Normal
(properties only)'
- Double click on this folder.

What I expected:
- TortoiseMerge with the diff of svn:mergeinfo property

What happens:
- Nothing

The same issue happens to svn:external changes.
When I right click on the folder and click on 'Compare revisions'
TortoiseMerge with the diff of svn:mergeinfo is shown.

When I try the same steps with TortoiseSVN 1.7.13, Build 24257 - 64 Bit,
it works as I expected.

Is this changed by design, or is this a bug?
