That's the correct example for the trunk version. What you're asking for
is already implemented, but is not available in the release versions.
It will be part of the 1.9 release though, but not in the 1.8.x releases.

However, if you want to use this, you can try a nightly build:
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/

but be aware that this is not an official release and may contain bugs.
