Bug: TortoiseMerge window size doesn't persist across two monitors

Hello all,

I run two monitors side by side in portrait mode. When examining changes
with TortoiseMerge, I like to stretch the window across both monitors so
the working base is on the left monitor and the working copy is on the
right. The next time I open Merge, it resizes to fit only my left monitor
and I have to stretch it across both monitors again. The size and position
are retained correctly if I keep the window within on monitor.

This worked correctly in 1.7.13, but resizes in 1.8.0 and 1.8.7.
