RE: TSVN context menu and icons not appearing

Sorry for the sequential replies (again). Found something new today.
I manually launched 32-bit Explorer... no sign of Tortoise overlays or context menus. I manually launched 64-bit Explorer... same situation. I then opened up Flash CC 2014 and used Explorer to browse for a file and noticed that Tortoise actually worked through there.
It seems that the inline (if we can call it that?) Explorer instance that 64-bit programs are using works just fine with Tortoise on my machine, be it from Notepad, Flash, Photoshop... But if I open up any standalone instances it refuses to work. Even right clicking from these mini-Explorer windows and clicking "Open in new window" makes a standalone instance that Tortoise is nowhere to be found in. So at least we know that it's installing okay.
Should I file a bug report?
