tsvncmd: Add Revert

I understand that some commands are excluded from tsvncmd due to security reasons, but I can't see Revert being one of those commands that would have that issue. You can update and commit, but it would be so helpful if you could revert.
I manage several repositories that I maintain via a localhost web page with a bunch of tsvncmd links and batch files where tsvncmd isn't available, having the revert link would be a great addition. I have a batch file to do merges but using tsvncmd is much more efficient.
